Coming off a win, the Masuk girls basketball team to play on consecutive nights

Emma Troesser and the Panthers are coming off a win and will be on the road two nights in a row.

MONROE, Conn. — Masuk High’s girls basketball team will play two road games in as many nights, following up a visit to Newtown on Thursday at 7 p.m. with a visit to Harding of Bridgeport Friday at 6.

The Panthers are coming off a 58-29 doubling up of visiting New Fairfield on Monday and improved to 3-4 overall this winter.

Sydney Lampley had a career high 20 points with seven rebounds and five steals. Grace Sheppard had 16 points. Emma Troesser scored 6 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.

Maddie Farrer scored eight points and had 13 rebounds. Izzy DeBernardo had six points. Sophia Giordano added two points.
