MONROE, CT — Masuk High’s field hockey team followed up a 5-1 win over visiting Watertown on Saturday by doubling up host Brookfield 6-3 on Monday.
Against Watertown, the Panthers got four goals from Abby Troesser and one off the stick of Emma Troesser and Molly Kinahan logged an assist. Goalie Molly Unis played well guarding the net. Georgia DaPonte and Mackenzie Sawyer had big defensive plays throughout the contest.
In the Brookfield matchup Abby Troesser and Izzy DeBernardo both scored twice and Gianna Moretti and Emma Troesser both had assists.
